Our two-person white-glove team will place your furniture anywhere in your home, take care of any installation requirements, and remove all packaging. Delivery typically takes 6–10 days. We offer this premium service for a flat rate of £125.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for final-sale items, special orders, items that have been installed, or items no longer in their original packaging. Other exclusions may apply. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Denbigh Rowe reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse.
