Private appointments can be booked in advance through our online booking service. During your visit, our team can guide you through the collections, finishes, materials and any project-specific requirements.

Delivery & Returns

What does Denbigh Rowe’s delivery service include?
Our two-person white-glove delivery service includes placement of your furniture within your home, assistance with installation where required, and removal of all packaging. This service is offered at a flat rate of £125.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
In-stock pieces are typically delivered within 6–10 days, subject to availability and delivery location. Our team will be in touch to coordinate delivery once your order is ready.

What is Denbigh Rowe’s returns and exchange policy?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in as-new condition, remain in their original packaging, and are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for final-sale items, special orders, installed pieces, or items that are no longer in their original packaging. Additional exclusions may apply depending on the item.

How are refunds processed?
Returned items are inspected before a refund, exchange or credit is issued. Refunds are made for the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or has been damaged in transit.

Materials & Care

What materials are used across the Denbigh Rowe collection?
Our collections are crafted using carefully selected materials including FSC-certified teak, performance rope and durable resin fibres, chosen for their quality, longevity and suitability for outdoor living.

How should I care for my Denbigh Rowe furniture?
Care requirements vary by material. Regular cleaning with appropriate products and protection from excessive dirt or staining will help preserve the appearance and performance of your furniture. Our team can provide guidance specific to your collection.

How will teak change over time?
Teak naturally develops a silver-grey patina when exposed to the elements. This weathering is a normal characteristic of the material and does not affect its structural integrity. Teak protector or patinier can be used where maintaining the original tone is preferred.

Service & Warranty

What warranty does Denbigh Rowe provide?
Denbigh Rowe provides a minimum five-year guarantee on eligible furniture, offering additional reassurance beyond standard legal requirements.

What is covered under the five-year guarantee?
The guarantee covers manufacturing, construction and material defects that arise during normal domestic use. Where appropriate, Denbigh Rowe may repair or replace the affected component at its discretion.

What is excluded from the guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, weather-related changes, misuse, incorrect assembly, improper maintenance, unauthorised repairs or natural characteristics of materials such as timber movement, discolouration or surface variation.

How do I register my guarantee?
The guarantee must be registered within 90 days of delivery. Your original proof of purchase should be retained as this may be required for any future warranty claim.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Please contact your Denbigh Rowe sales representative with your proof of purchase, product details and a description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and coordinate the warranty process where applicable.

What happens if a replacement piece is no longer available?
If the original model, finish or colour is no longer available, Denbigh Rowe may provide a comparable replacement. Replacement applies to the affected component or piece rather than automatically to an entire set.
